On the Move is a ministry to adults 55+, retired, or any adult who wishes to participate in the activities and ministries of On the Move.

Meetings
Fellowship, meal, and meetings to inform or entertain. (2nd Thursday each month unless otherwise noted).

Usually a covered dish and held in the Outpost building.

Visit the Information Desk for event registration.

Ministries
- Responsible for maintaining plant beds around the church.

- Provide transportation for adults who need assistance going to the doctor, grocery store, or fellowship.

- Assistance in simple projects and repairs for seniors/widows.

- Telephone assurance for those who live alone.

Scheduled Events
February 9: “Dinner in Paris” Valentine Banquet
Enjoy a delicious French dinner, songs and games of love while in a romantic setting of Paris, Thursday, February 9 at 6pm in the Outpost. Purchase tickets at the Welcome Desk on Sunday mornings.

March 8: End of Life Panel discussion
Learn what you need to know to help your parents or yourself as end of life approaches; Aspects from medical to legal will be presented by several different speakers. Covered dish

April 12: Container Gardening
Start your spring off right by learning how to make a container garden to accent your home or yard. Covered Dish

May 17-18: Overnight Trip to Billy Graham Library in Charlotte

June 14: Picnic with Gospel Sing
Meat provided with covered dish of sides and desserts.
